Stellar tweeted:  Stellar Core v12.5.0 is out now! It includes a number of new features including new SCP metrics, improved catchup logging, SCP code cleanup and more.

Stellar reflected on a recap from a recent webinar with Cowrie exchange.   The recap is about the low cost and instant payment rails developed by Cowrie.  This payment rail will facilitate payments going in and out of Nigerian bank accounts easily.

Denelle Dixon tweeted:  “Here at home during the shelter in place, had a moment to reflect on the importance of community during times like these.” Denelle Dixon recollects about the importance of resilience in the community. She opined that it is time that we reflect on the fact that there are many things that are things that no single human can control on her own.

She also stated how we are able to understand the reliance of each of us on our communities.  She expressed, “We cannot on our own create a network — that takes all of us, the entire Stellar ecosystem working together.

We cannot on our own create a border less world for payments — that takes all of us working together. And, we cannot on our own realize the true value that blockchain technology has to offer to the financial system — that also takes all of us working together.”

She reflected on the importance of creating network effects.  She opined that it is important to be connected as networks to create network effects.    

She concluded stating that finding new ways to keep the world connected will encourage collaboration, thereby creating accessible and affordable access to our financial system, which is very important than ever.
