Ethereum (ETH) Network Are Not Fooling Around They Know Their Job

ethereum Eth

There is a widespread concern that Ethereum is losing its market to newcomers despite being the world’s second-ranked cryptocurrency.  ETH is next only to BTC because there is no reliable way to create smart contracts on Bitcoin. Therefore, it was literally at par with Bitcoin, and it was considered to be reasonably good to invest either in BTC or ETH, while the former continues to reign.

However, the long term predictions for Ethereum are positive.  Despite being a clear competitor to BTC, the general theory is that Ethereum would not “overtake” Bitcoin.

Despite what the overall cryptocurrency sentiments about Ethereum are, more and more people and institutions are building on ETH than ever.  The ecosystem, despite the scalability effects, continues to grow, and more projects are expected in the line.

Anything that is new gets called by whatever people feel like.  As it evolves, people change their views.  So, the same thing is happening to ETH.

Sydney Ifergan, the crypto expert, tweeted:  “People keep telling that Ethereum will not work, and many of them are building bridges to the ETH network. The Ethereum community has a long list of those who are building bridges to Ethereum.”

And, recently, we had Charles Hoskinson, who claimed he does not even want to be addressed to in association with ETH.

Several Ethereum enthusiasts express that they are hoping to see all the naysayers shift their projects to ETH very soon.  Those who naysay Ethereum are not educated enough about persistence and the reworking happening at ETH.  It is just a matter of time.  There are sure problems on the network, but work is underway to get them fixed – Evolving.  Evolution does not have an end indeed.

Ethereum (ETH) Ecosystem Support Program

Ethereum already is well aware that they are entering a new decade.  The Ethereum Blog recently spoke about some of their recent growth, transition, and discussed their 2019 financial allocations.

For clarity:  “The Ecosystem Support Program (ESP) is the arm of the Ethereum Foundation focused on providing support to teams throughout the Ethereum ecosystem. This includes financial and non-financial support. ESP is an expansion of the Grants program, which previously focused primarily on monetary support.”

Awarding grants, is only one of the many ways by which they support the broader Ethereum ecosystem. Support funds have been so far facilitated for Eth2 Clients: $1,695,000, Eth2 Tooling & Other: $1,459,000, Eth 1.x: $487,000, Layer 2: $1,211,000, Cryptography and Zero Knowledge Proofs: $426,000, Developer Experience: $1,322,000, User Experience: $213,000, Community and Education: $422,000, and Indirect Funding $484,000.

Probably, Ethereum Network is not fooling around with the fund allocation.  They know what they are working for.
