June 9th 2018; india: The first public Pre-sale for major blockchain project based in India, Swachhcoin, began at 1st of June 2018 3:30 PM UTC (09:00 PM IST). A total of 276 Millions tokens out of 400 Million tokens will be sold through the two phases of token sale which will offer Swachh tokens at prices which will increase gradually over a period of approximately next two months. Only 25,111,111 out of 276,000,000 will be offered in Presale, which will begin from 1st June and Last until 14th June. The hard-cap for Presale is 1 Million USD and the overall hard-cap for crowdsale is 18 Million USD.

The project is considered to be one of the biggest from India. The monetary incentive model of Swachhcoin is considered to be the best and the most innovative booster for Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan (Clean India Campaign) launched by Government of India, headed by Honourable Prime Minister Narendra Modi in 2014 after being elected to power.
