Without costly and inefficient intermediaries blockchain will be able to facilitate direct connection in the financial industry.
UBRI and Duke University have introduced a course called “Tech-Driven Transformation of Business.” Lot of research and lot of use cases happening.

Ripple is now a part of the ISO 20022 Registration Management Group (RMG) standards body and also the first member focused on Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT). This membership makes it possible for Ripple to meet the requirements of nearly 300+ customers as Ripple will have a role to play in defining the future direction of cross-border payment standards which will evolve the ISO 20022 standard.
