For the past few weeks, Digibyte has badged listings on exchanges like Bololex, Binance, Oceanex, CoinDCX, Bilaxy exchange, WazirX, and Lbank as Digifinex also added more trading pairs for the same. Digibyte coin has also been integrated into apps and services such as V-ID Datalink, Swipe wallet/Card platform, ZelaaPayAE (ZPAE) and Vidulum App. These updates further affirm that Digibyte didn’t stop with the absence of its founder Jared Tate as opposed to the opinions of naysayers. Listings and integrations such as these are making DGB coin and its multiple use cases available to more people in the world. Its listing on CoinDCX and WazirX reassures that more and more Indian Cryptocurrency enthusiasts will be onboarded. As stated by a Digibyte Foundation team member via Blockfolio signal about a recent integration:

“We are happy to announce that the DigiByte Foundation has entered into a partnership with ZelaaPayAE (ZPAE) to spread DigiByte cryptocurrency awareness and adoption in the United Arab Emirates by placing crypto POS around UAE through enterprise merchant deals and by (debit) visa cards… Moreover, ZelaPay has become a Golden Sponsor of the Digibyte Foundation “

It can be seen that the efforts of the project to show the world the meaning of true decentralization is yielding great results. These results show reproofs Digibyte’s proof of concept and blueprint for decentralization as it is known to many as the father of the same. 

Community Activities

The works to reveal the good news of decentralization is not left to the core team or Digibyte foundation alone (even though the foundation is made up of the community), the communities from different part of the world are taking the initiative to ensure the mission to conquer the world is successful. Over the past few months, the community from the Philippines started hosting Chess tournaments via lichess.org where winners are paid in DGB coins and recently ChangeAngel.io began sponsoring too. This has brought more chess players into the fold to see the wonders of the blockchain. 

An exchange for Social good fulfils its mission

ChangeAngel is a crypto to crypto,  wallet to wallet swap exchange services that give a part of its exchange fee back to the development of the project from which it was collected. The exchange uses DigiID which is based on Digibyte blockchain to secure its users from hacks. ChangeAngel is using the tournament sponsorship to further fulfil its mission while helping to increase Digibyte’s user and ‘hodler’ base.

There is no doubt that exciting updates about exchange listings, integrations and most recently DigiAssets with an active community backing have been a compacting agent to ensure more foundational grounding for new members and relief for old members.
