In Litecoin and other kinds of cryptocurrencies there is incentive to save.  When people to not HODL on to the cryptocurrency, they land up becoming stories like those who spent 5 BTC about years ago to buy pizza.  It is not about taking risks, it is about HODL and increase value.  It is about holding value to flow to the best asset.

Litecoin are in to innovative plans are they already know they are falling behind.  They are trying to sustain among the dominance of other cryptocurrencies in the space. Rather than changes in version numbers, the community are looking forward for a new development.  Litecoin the casual bitcoin it trying to come out of all the hater theories. Lot of believers continue to back the token though.

Some believers continue to simplify Litecoin stating that Shiny new toys get the most attention, even if the older ones are doing pretty fine.  It is not that Litecoin has never proved itself.  Everyone has a day.  Everything has a day.  Litecoin had its days of limelight and not it is other cryptos racing ahead.  The race is not over and LTC are trying to get different to get noticed and move ahead in the race.

One of the LTC Hodler stated that LTC is their workhorse and that they keep a large bag while having done well with LTC over the past 5 years.

Litecoin (LTC) Has Not Lost Purpose 

The purpose of LTC is not over with the good old days. Some say it is obsolete, but no, they are working with their own user base.  One of the members stated, “Agreed, I love LTC. I want cheap, fast, secure for sending/receiving currency. LTC is one of my favorite digital assets.”

There is no denying that LTC makes use of the Bitcoin Blockchain; however, makes it cheaper and faster to use. Though out of limelight, Litecoin continues to serve purposes like cross border payments, immutability, government-less money, speed, reliability, and security in payments.
