One of the naysayer commented stating, Ethereum is going to rip your face off, it’s just going to happen. Start coming to terms with it now. No matter how much eth you have, you will have deep regrets. The only saving grace is that facial reconstructions will cost like .1 eth in the future.

Irrespective of whether someone has won or not, they have all been working hard and it is disappointing to see impatient critics spitting fire on innovators. New things take time to be really useful.  We live in a world filled with attitude. 

As someone said, Earth was made round so that we would not see too far down the road. High time we recollect the Earth that we know is round, but seems flat. Sometimes we cannot trust the senses.  We need to wait for technology to work.  We need to give them their time.

Vitalik Buterin tweeted:  “Ethereum Reciting tired old propaganda is becoming less and less effective every day. Ethereum is rising, proof of stake and sharding are rising, and rollups are here, all through a large distributed ecosystem working in parallel. The tides of history will not be favorable to maximalism.”

Sydney Ifergan, the crypto expert tweeted:  “Maybe we should not discourage hard work. Wish Ethereum 2.0 good luck to work their way.  There were guys in the old days who firmly believed the earth was round – they were indeed wrong.”

Ethereum (ETH) Evolving to be Stronger Competition

Some of the ETH lovers reinstated on how many people with a traditional finance background stated that it would never work. And, on how the Uniswap became a success. He recalled how the problems that were pointed to were capital efficiency, slippage, and flexibility. While the critics were all right, the reality was that all these problems were to be solved for DeFi to eat the world.

Those developers who are working on projects tend to have already known the problems and they are probably working to solve it.

Hayden Adams, Ethereum developer and Inventor of Uniswap control expressed, And it’s true, smart contracts are pretty magical. They give you very specific superpowers. None of which are understanding market dynamics, economics, incentives, etc better than anyone who came before you. It’s always good to contextualize your work and learn from others.
