Sydney Ifergan, the crypto expert tweeted:  “Aave makes it possible to lend and earn directly in the app. Swapping for interest bearing Tokens to get the wallet growing.”

PlutusDeFi had the integration of @AaveAave lending protocol go live on their platform on Thursday 3rd September.  Thus, users will now be able to use the PlutusDeFi to deposit assets into Aave Protocol, thus accruing interest as they go.

PlutusDeFi is the First Full Stack DeFi Aggregator, which enables privacy, insurance, governance, derivatives and much more in DeFi.

It is well known that Aave Protocol has been in the DeFi spotlight for several months now.  They started out in December with under $10M USD and they are now taking the pole position.  Aave are doing more than just lend and earn.  They are continuing to innovate while furthering the boundaries of decentralized finance.  They have an EMI license in the UK, thus exploring credit delegation.  They have launched the governance to testnet.

At present, two currencies are enabled.  They are the USDC and DAI. Of note, an additional 11 currencies are set to be enabled so that users can deposit.  Integrating Aave Products into PlutusDeFi is on the dice.

Aave Yield Farming

Yield Farming is the trending topic in the now cryptocurrency space.  It is the process of putting the cryptocurrencies with some startups so that the value in the crypto can work and generate the most possible returns on the assets.  Technically, in yield farming, the investors keeps chasing the liquidity pools who are willing to provide with the highest APY every week. Sometimes the investors get fees and sometimes they get interest.

Since, Yield Farming is a decentralized lending and borrowing protocol, Aave heavily makes use of yield farmers.  All the lending for DeFi takes place through Smart Contracts.  The strategies used in Yield farming are very complicated. In order to get the best returns, the investment is moved between different lending market places. Just like farmers compete to get an opportunity to farm the best crops investors compete for the best returns; therefore, yield farming.
