Meridian is meant to make global connections to solve real world challenges.  The registration is free for the event.

Stellar Tweeted:  “Join us at Meridian 2020! Registration is now live on our site, where you can learn more about our lineup of iconic speakers and thought-provoking sessions. Our virtual blockchain conference is completely free, so sign up now to reserve a spot.”

Meridian 2020 is set to occur from November 16, 2020 through November 20, 2020.  Their vision for the Stellar Network is to ensure equitable access to the global financial system and to make this goal a reality.  They are looking to create global connections, which will help solve the real world challenges of today.

Meridian 2020 is focused on bringing engaging speakers who will contribute content from within and beyond the Stellar community.  Thus making it possible to explore topics like interoperability, liquidity, policy, and a lot more. Since this blockchain conference is virtual and free for everyone, it is worth tapping in to the wealth of knowledge they are set to deliver in the event.

They also have a week for connections.  They have to state, “Just because Meridian is virtual this year doesn’t mean that we can’t connect with one another. After hours, Meridian will be hosting networking sessions where you can meet fellow Stellar enthusiasts. Expect roundtables, interactive builds, demos, and fun discussions on topics top-of-mind for the community throughout the week — plus a day dedicated to networking on November 20!”

Sydney Ifergan, the crypto expert tweeted:  “I see great positive attitude in the Stellar Lumens (XLM) Meridian event.  Particularly by the way they have ensured that there will be a week for connections.”

The Meridian Hackathon will be challenging the old hands and newcomers alike to help build something thereby showcasing the new Stellar features. The winners will get some sweet prizes; however, the team has to state that participants should do it for glory than for just prize.

Stellar Lumens (XLM) SCF

Recently, on September 03, 2020, a community fund event was organized participants were able to learn about the Seed and Lab funds and how one can get support for experimental use cases, open-source software, documentation, events, market presence, and real-world stress tests.

The SCF is considered to be a great project for those who are willing to kick start their stellar-based project and it is also useful to connect to the thriving stellar community.  The SCF is also considered to be the key to figuring out how Stellar will change the world.
