There is a warning about a scam DigiByte Site.  And users were advised by Jared Tate to not fall for it.

Scam apart, nobody in the world can shut DigiByte down is the opinion of several community members of the Digibyte community. They have to say that DGB is a great storage of value. They are continuing to be proud about not being an ICO. There is improved adoption and full-node downloads.
