Register at Keybase to Receive an XLM Airdrop Every Month

What is Stellar

The Stellar Development Foundation has announced a 2 billion XLM airdrop worth more than $100 million for Keybase users residing in an approved country with a valid phone number.  The airdrops will be sent in increments of 100 million XLM during the 15th of every month.  Recipients received $42 Lumens during the previous airdrop rounds.

Stellar Lumens, like the peer Altcoins, lost nearly 4.37% in the past one day.  There are three price variations, and the price of the Stellar went low down to 0.061 USD from 0.063 USD.

Anyone looking to move money on the Stellar Network should hold the lumens.  According to the protocol, every account should set aside smaller increments of Lumens for every asset type it contains.  There should be reserve Lumens for every open offer versus the assets.  The total holdback for a stellar account is very low, just a few units of XLM.  There is a small transaction fee for every transaction, and it should be paid in Lumens. The reserve requirements and the transaction fees are essential to reduce Ledger spam. It does not make sense to spin a lot of fake accounts to make pointless transactions if there are reserve requirements, and spammers will find the entire process unprofitable.

Blockchain Stellar Sydney is scheduled for Wednesday, November 27, 2019, with the Enterprise Focus of Outlier Ventures CEO Jamie Burke.  The event will be organized as a live stream presentation by Outlier Ventures CEO Jamie Burke from London.

The Stellar Meetup Munich – the Christmas party, is scheduled for December 09, 2019, in Munich, Germany. About 5 Meetups have been already organized this year.  The current event will not have presentations, but everybody will be trained about how to register at Keybase to receive an airdrop every month. The organizers have to state that many times, people who register for the meet up do not show up, and therefore now they are trying something new whereby one will be able to exchange their XLM for a meal at the restaurant.

The SDF – End of the year Catch up @ Cloudfare is scheduled for December 17, 2019, in San Francisco, CA.  Christine To, Director of Partnerships from the Stellar Development Foundation, will be available at this end of the year meet up.

Katya Korepanova, Head of People & Culture at SDF, will be introducing the growth initiatives and scheduling the recruiting plans for 2020.

The community vision of taking Lumens to millions is slowly becoming a reality by the different efforts of the foundation.
