Joel Katz is all set to provide a keynote on the evolution of the XRPLedger and its coming functionality.

Attendees also have the option of viewing the Apex event virtually from their home or office.

The list of keynote speakers consists of Alexis Ohanian, Founder Seven Seven Six; Monica Long GM of RippleX Ripple, David Schwartz, Co-Creator XRP Ledger; and Wietse Wind, BDLF XRPL Labs. And, more speakers are set to be joining the list.

Community Musings:  Update something to pump the price, Ripple has been going for 8 years now? Not even $2 yet.  XRP has a lot of technology, but this does not reflect in the price. Most of the community is in agreement with these thoughts; however, they hope the settlement will pump the price. While many of them are bored about the repeated rehashing of old content at Ripple, there probably might be something new to cherish at Apex The XRPL Developer Summit.

The community is prospecting to see an argument.  How is XRP centralized? The whole point of a distributed ledger is to be decentralized if only Ripple owned XRP, it would be worth next to nothing. The open market price is why XRP is seeing real-world adoption for its intended use case today.

Decentralization and not pre-mined are big fundamentals to steer clear of XRP since 2016 when I got in. They haven’t changed.

When will XRP win their case? The Judge is also showing double standards in overseeing that the SEC is refusing to submit wanted documents, but in turn, the Judge still demands documents from XRP.

I am no lawyer, but I simply can’t imagine this case going to trial unless Ripple wants to take it there. The odds seem stacked against the SEC at this time and a loss at trial would set precedents that could hinder future enforcement actions by the SEC against smaller fish.
