Not sure how the SEC would view the treasury but I know how many of us View Charles H.

The treasury was a money grab by IOHK which would lead to more centralization. As time went on it would amount to billions for his developers and it would discourage the transition of miners from ETH to ETC. You can express your views by contacting the groups, or on GitHub.

Could you explain dear how this could be good to holders?  The treasury makes the Blockchain dependent on an entity (IOHK) and that makes it less decentralized.

Great news! While attracting more developers and innovating is good, it can’t be at the expense of the people powering the network. Charles H has been toxic lately, and with near record high hash rates ETC is anything but “dead”.

Charles and his Flunkie Stev we’re purposely using FUD as their angle to shill a treasury. Just as we all suspected, they only wanted to milk it for money as noted by the reason ECIP-1098 just blew up in their face. Not to mention the conflict of interest that is Cardano.

We may wait for the help of God without treasury, like Jesus waited for the help of God hanging on the cross and no help came to save him! Developers don’t work charity they have families to feed so no good developers would come for free. Just my opinion.

It seems like this coin has definitely plateaued. What are the plans for this coin?

Algorithm hashing being shifted into a anti Nividia LHR Algorithm at this point would be the best option for ETC to pursue as it would help sway Nvidia miners to ETC early if ETC fails to do this then ERG & RVN will receive a grand majority of hash power when the shift happens

In short this is good news to miners as the collaboration with anything to do with ADA PoS non sense really put fear / dissonance into the hearts of Miners of ETC. The next proposal should look into Algo shifting the network into an Algo that stabs LHR efforts at the core.
