Many of them in the ETC community has to state that they are not giving a financial advice, but say the buying opportunity is coming.  “Some of them are like I always regret why I didn’t buy Bitcoin when it was $200. I’m not making same mistake on ETC.” And that, Ethereum Classic is similar to Bitcoin in fundamentals.

Bitcoin (BTC) Proof of Work, Fixed Monetary Policy, Maximal Security.  Bitcoin has maximal security for the store of value will support tap root/graft root, but smart contracts will be stored and executed elsewhere.

Ethereum Classic (ETC) Proof-of-Work, Turing Complete, Fixed Monetary Policy.  Ethereum Classic has extremely high security and will support high-value smart contracts at the base layer. ETC smart contracts can execute and settle value for Bitcoin as well.

Reasoning Those blockchains with Layer 2 Pow: Lightning Network Channels; RSK/LIQUID Merged Mining, Federation, Block Signers, Watchmen, BTC Monetary Peg; ETH 2.0 Proof-to-stake, Sharding, Stakers, and No Monetary Policy; EOS/Tezos proof-of-stake, Bakers, Block producers, Voting, Liquid Democracy; Libra Permissioned, validators, stablecoin, backed by fiat currencies.

It just feels like several community members are unwilling to eat time when it is about buying the Dip. When it is like lower lows and higher highs, it is time to buy the dip.

They are like:  “If you can’t handle my worst, you don’t deserve me to my best. Don’t panic on crypto, especially in great projects like ETC.”

Many of them are like HODL, HODL and HODL. Today, people are sleeping on ETC. Eventually, it will be the only remaining crypto programmable with a store of value similar to Bitcoin.
