The Cardano Foundation are committed to working with the Cardano Community in a way to continuously improve. They place great emphasis on the Cardano Improvement Proposals. Cardano are focused on never ending improvements. They adhere to their open-source ideals. The members of the Cardano community contribute to most of the improvements.

Meanwhile, the Cardano Foundation have also warned the community on the basis of reports from the Japanese Community about suspicious activities in Japan.

We have recently received reports from our Japanese community with regards to suspicious activities in Japan. The Cardano Foundation takes any dissemination and attempts of scams, fraudulent information and FUD as a serious violation and breach of trust toward the community.

The Cardano Improvement Proposal Process (CIP) opens up their ecosystem to everyone who are looking to get involved in the community. The analogy they provide goes like “If you can imagine Cardano as a garage, CIPs are the different kinds of tools available to people for repairs, tune-ups, or to customize their vehicles.”

The CIPs are formalized documents meant for the community and the ecosystem members. These documents provide the information which describe the new features and processes.

The CIPs are “A source of truth in a standardized location; a framework for formatting, discussing, and submitting proposals; hosted on the Cardano Foundation’s Github repository; a governance process — decisions are made off-chain; NOT binding; NOT a funding mechanism.”

Sydney Ifergan, the crypto expert tweeted: “The Cardano (ADA) or in a never ending road leading towards improvements forever.  The CIPs make it very obvious. Expecting Good to happen.”

Cardano Foundation on the CIP

The CIP makes it possible for them to have a catalog of solutions to the problems, which already exist or that which may arise as Cardano grows. They completely focus on the motivation and rationale behind these solutions with an ultimate focus on implementation.

Any community member who wants to propose a change to the Cardano Blockchain will be able to make the best use of the CIP process. While they are not reinventing the wheel, it makes lot of sense to have a system like this in place to get things moving forward while prospecting future problems.

They know they need the help from the community to make Cardano better and they are focused on giving their best to solve the problem on hand. Good for the community and the system at large.
