Three trademark applications of TRON were not accepted; undoubtedly, the rejections are a damaging blow to the blockchain platform of Justin Sun.

Tron stated that they would continue to prosecute their trademarks in the United States, further stating that they have received trademark registrations in several other countries.
Disney continues to argue that TRON, Blockchain Company is creating confusion over its brand.
A notification from Disney acknowledged by Raybo technology did not file anything in return.
Jake Chervinsky, counsel at Compound, stated that "Tron did not take the trademark registration process seriously." He added that they did not hire a US counsel to represent them.
