Nervos Network (CKB) Rollup and Generalized Payment Channels
The plans for Q4 for the Nervos Network was unveiled in the first Town Hall meet on September 15, 2020.

They are planning to release the first version of toCKB in Q4. At present the toCKB project code is open source and is under development and iteration.
Nervos Network are continuing with their developments and they are making regular updates to the Layer 2 CKB Infrastructure.
They are focusing on 2 types of protocols namely the Rollup and Generalized payment channels. They are working and progressing slowly in the right direction.
