Shibetoshi Nakamoto expressed:  Hype doesn’t last, and it attracts get rich quick people who will bail once they get theirs and/or when a new hype appears. if you want something to actually be worth more than what it is currently worth, add lasting value to it. Hype adds nothing.

You can tell the “get rich quick” low quality people by what they output – anyone demanding that others ‘pump’ their token – anyone blaming other people for their own financial choices – anyone randomly attacking people because their random investment is doing well, or poorly.

I should say, hype without action is not worth anything if game stop, with all the hype, continued down the same path that got it on the brink of death, what did the hype really accomplish? a company is a lot different than a decentralized cryptocurrency, also.

The message all comes down to, in a decentralized cryptocurrency context: If you want to see a project rise in value, add value to it, Don’t just try to hype it up, or tell people to pump it to help your bags.

100% agree. When people are concerned or frustrated that we aren’t hyping our project enough, I always tell them you won’t have to worry about the short term if you’re in it for the long term. Stay away flippers, we want holders.

No offense, I’m just surprised some SHIB holders think there isn’t enough hype/pr. It’s one of the most talked about cryptos in and out of the industry, all within a few months. Some folks will never be happy no matter how much they are given.

SHIB did what doge cannot do in years. Where was SHIB last year when DOGE was mooning.

A core problem in the longevity scene, in my view. People seem to forget that many ideas today are not actually so new; promises (of speed of discovery) made years ago were no less enthusiastic.
