For those who are new to cryptocurrency and do not understand the entire thing:

Well, it is not the crypto that matters, but it is the blockchain on which it is built that creates all the value. So, what does the blockchain make possible? It makes everything possible from letting people lend and borrow without the need for a bank. And, this also means they are trying to replace the SWIFT payment system altogether. And, this is one reason for why banks are becoming increasingly reluctant to permit accounts to execute cryptocurrency-related transactions.

When it comes to getting to know the speculative aspect of crypto:  In reality, it has no value to it.

Actual value of cryptocurrency: It settles immediately and instantaneously reports the transaction on the blockchain, and it is documented as a block, and it is immutable.

That said, there are a lot of creative uses of cryptocurrency making it to the market, and here is one:

The story of Bitcoin Pizza: It is the creation of Anthony Pomp Pompliano.

Anthony Pomp Pompliano talks to the most interesting people in business, finance, and Bitcoin. He is the crypto influencer and tech investor who decided to merge two things he loves – Bitcoin and Pizza.

Anthony Pomp Pompliano:  “Everybody knows that there are two things we love the most than anything else – Bitcoin and Pizza.”

The Pizza is real, and it is sourced from your local pizza area, with 100% of the profits going to the Human Rights Foundation Bitcoin Developers Fund, which according to its website, is raising money to support open-source software developers working to strengthen Bitcoin so it can be used by human rights activists all around the world.

Bitcoin Pizza is partnering with local small businesses.  They will be handling food production and delivery of orders for their customers. They are hoping to sell 10,000 pizzas from May 22 through May 29.

Every order from this venture will support the Human Rights Foundation’s Bitcoin Development Fund.  And, 100% of the profits are set to be donated.

The Pizza options consist of Laser Eyes, Satoshi’s Favorite, Capital Greens, Lightning Meat, and No Keys, No Cheese.

The pizza is available in 10 cities:  New York City, Washington D.C., Miami, Chicago, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Houston.

The first pizza delivery on May 22, 2021, Saturday, acknowledges the 11th anniversary of the infamous bitcoin pizza transaction.

Customers are encouraged to email additional cities in which they would like to have the services added.
