Corrections Policy

Last updated: April 2026

At The Currency Analytics, accuracy is foundational. When we make a mistake, we correct it promptly and transparently. This page documents how we handle corrections, what standards we apply, and how you can reach us when you find an error.

Reporting an Error

If you believe an article on The Currency Analytics contains a factual error, please contact us directly:

📧 [email protected]

When reporting an error, please include:

  • The URL of the article in question
  • The specific statement you believe is incorrect
  • Any supporting evidence, sources, or links that substantiate the correction

We acknowledge correction requests within 48 hours and resolve verified factual errors as quickly as our review process allows — typically within 72 hours of confirmation.

How We Correct Errors

Minor corrections

Typographical errors, misspellings of names, broken links, and other non-substantive issues are corrected in place. A brief note is appended at the bottom of the article indicating what was changed.

Substantive corrections

When a factual claim, figure, attribution, or quotation is materially incorrect, we:

  1. Update the article with the correct information
  2. Add a visible correction notice at the top of the article describing what was corrected and when
  3. Preserve the record of the correction with a timestamp
  4. Where the correction is material to the meaning of the article, reflect the change in social-share copy and ensure headlines accurately represent the corrected content

Retractions

When an article contains significant factual inaccuracies that cannot be corrected without altering the substance of the reporting, we retract the article in full. A retraction notice is published in its place, explaining the reason for retraction. We notify readers through our standard distribution channels.

Our Standard for Accuracy

Before publication, every article is:

  • Cross-checked against primary sources — official filings, regulatory documents, on-chain data, verified statements, and direct announcements
  • Verified for factual claims with citations or supporting links
  • Reviewed by an editor prior to publication

When analysis, opinion, or interpretation is offered, it is clearly distinguished from factual reporting. Predictive or speculative content is labelled as such.

Updates to This Policy

This Corrections Policy is reviewed annually and updated as our editorial processes evolve. Material changes are logged at the top of this page with the revision date.
