APompliano expressed:  No one knows Satoshi’s name, yet everyone invested in the project. I committed to investing in majority of founders in my portfolio before I met them in person. This has been true since 2016. But in the last three weeks I have committed to invest in two founders that I don’t even know their real names. The world is changing fast.

Community response:  We believe that sometimes anonymity can be extremely powerful. Especially when an idea is supposed to have more of an impact than a person. We are going to be changing the way research and information sharing is done in web3.

Sometime we go to a party where lots of people are there but we have no interest to know who organize it. We just want to be where everybody is.

Bitcoin is a protocol centric platform like Martin Luther King wanted. A place where we are judged by the content of our character.

Sometimes I wish I knew who Satoshi is. Just to break the last bit of uncertainty about Bitcoin.  Satoshi Nakamoto has deeply practiced encryption.

That’s because the project was bigger than Satoshi or any individual. The technology speaks for itself when truly understood. Isn’t his name Satoshi? At least that what I have always thought.

The way Bitcoin was presented to the world was almost as clever as Bitcoin itself.

If you want to build a ship, don’t drum up people to collect wood and don’t assign them tasks and work, but rather teach them to long for the endless immensity of the sea. The best way to move people to action is to move them with emotion.

Strength in being anonymous. Takes human emotion out of things. No one person to live / hate. There just IS.

Anonymity is the spiritual foundation of all our traditions, ever reminding us to place principles before personalities.

I am more than a little concerned about this. There are people buying dozens of random shit coins and making a fortune in a few days. It doesn’t matter that 4 or 5 are scams because one does a 9x and they are rewarded for this behavior. This leads to yet more short-term scams.

This is the result of Loose monetary policy by the Fed.  There is too much money chasing investments. So, no need to do due diligence anymore just throw money at anything and see what sticks.

That’s not the real name. Hell it might not even be a person. Might be a group.  Looks like the project was built on a lie from the get-go.
