Blockchain networks need to operate together. Every blockchain brings in a unique use case, and it helps for all of these use cases to be able to communicate with each other. If they can intercommunicate it becomes super special and Polkadot Knows it well. Polkadot with their sharded protocol enables blockchain networks to operate together seamlessly.
There are talks on various topics, which makes interoperability possible on the Polkadot blockchain. The Polkadot Decoded is set to happen on May 20, 2021. There is a voting mechanics for program selection. There are several proposals from users who are willing to talk in the program. Since this is a community curated event, the users decide who will talk at the event.
The sky is the limit as to how much should be talked to get developers in to action to get the use case in to the real time world.
Building Algorithmic stable coins at the highest standard; interconnecting incentives between ecosystems; synthetic standards for digital assets; importance of decentralized identity, mapping Polkadot to the US health technology and the payments and regulatory ecosystem, enabling maximum liquidity for DeFi and lot more innovative approaches are in the line. The community voting is almost over and the curated topics that users would like to hear is almost getting finalized.
It is already exciting to read the different ideas that developers are working to build against. Those who understand the importance of these use cases will not be able to wait to see the development happening very soon.
We are living at a point in time “Where Programmers can literally just sit down at a computer and create value for people out of thin air” according to a twitter handle, Austen Allred.
Gavin Wood in response expressed that the keyboard is mightier than the pen.
Yet another twitter handle Nukemandan stated, what makes programming different is that your words become *manifested into reality and action*. It’s not influence – it’s direct, tangible (I would argue material, kind of) impact in the world that you control completely. How it’s used? That is up to humans for now.
