IOTA Oracles claim to be a complete solution for organizations and Dapps to be able to send data directly to Tangle.

For clarity, Tangle is a Decentralized Acyclic Graph (DAG), a system of nodes that is not sequential. Thus, each node can be connected to multiple other nodes in a Tangle.

An old tweet from an IOTA user:  Using IOTA tangle and an Oracle people will be able to send tiny amounts of Bitcoin across the world without fees, as long as IOTA oracles are free to use. Every blockchain transaction could be stored on the tangle, means blockchains become obsolete! BTC and ETH on Tangle!

In response, way back in 2018 one of the users responded stating, most likely the smart contracts will cost transaction fees. Those fees go to people outsourcing their computer to generate the confirmations to send the smart contracts. When there are no fees all blockchains can scale via the tangle tough.

Smart contracts with Oracles was at one point in time an imagination, but now it is a reality.

Also, IOTA Oracles make it easy for data structures from the outside world to connect to decentralized applications, secured by the reputation of the issuer.  Trusted data is the key to trustable smart contracts.

IOTA have also been focused on ensuring the Data Confidence Fabric (DCF) in action.  This was very obvious in a recent webinar where industry thought leaders like Steve Todd, Dell Technologies, Paul O’Neill, Intel and Mathew Yarger, IOTA demonstrated Project Alvarium, a Data Confidence Fabric, built to measure and score the trustworthiness of data.

Different organizations in the globe are already beginning to recognize the importance of data-driven strategies.  This they feel helps them to quickly identify opportunities to substantially transform different aspects of their business.

The emerging technologies of the current day involve edge computing, AI, 5G and multi-cloud architectures.  This adoption will further need businesses to evolve and become very agile and open.

Data trustworthiness is considered to be very important during every point in data collection.  To make the best use of opportunities meant to collect data and to generate data that is trustworthy in the real-time world, organizations should go through a strategy that has a holistic edge in terms of data confidence strategy and solution.

Pointing to Dell and Intel working with IOTA, one of the users stated, this is proof to believe now that IOTAs vision is real and that it is being implemented.
