Sneak Peak into the Happenings of Cardano (ADA) Ecosystem DReps and Others

Cardano are introducing the concept of dReps. Those who want to become a part of the governance of Cardano can become a drep.

dReps will vote on the vast majority of proposals within Project Catalyst and enhance the quality of decision making within each Fund.  dReps will coordinate and form policies together, source and review data, consult with experts, and ultimately vote on an array of projects and topics that the community has brought forward.

In the forth coming weeks, IOG will be organizing a series of workshops that go into greater detail on what it means to be a dRep, the incentive model, and what impact dReps will have on Project Catalyst.

• SnoopDog and Champmedici are partnering with The ClayMates to bring the community iconic collectibles, unreleased music, & limited edition ‘pitches’ to Cardano.
• Milkomeda went live on Cardano mainnet, opening the gate for Ethereum dApps to be deployed in the Cardano ecosystem.
• Blueshiftfi is officially LIVE on Milkomeda
• AdaLend Finance announced that they have launched a new bridging functionality between the Cardano network and Velas and BSC networks.
• OccamDex shared the news that they have partnered with MultichainOrg, which has enabled over $13m worth of liquidity to flow through to OccamDEX and will let users easily bridge their assets.
• AadaFinance shared that staking of AADA went live on March 29th through their app.
• ErgoDex eUTXO cross-chain DEX, was launched on the Cardano testnet on the 4th of April.
• Oura Project shared the release of version 1.3, which includes integrations for AWS Lambda, AWS S3 and AWS SQS.
• After their first AMM launching on Milkomeda, MuesliSwapTeam shared that users will be able to earn Muesli Yield through farming.

This is by no means a comprehensive summary. But hopefully, it gives you a taste of what’s happening across – and coming to – the Cardano universe.
