My BEST GUESS to what is in there: They will require everyone in the U.S. who has crypto to register a dedicated wallet (putting a face to a public key). They will be able to track 100% of our transactions automating taxes and another system.

This is scary because it is rational.

Can’t be scarier than watching your value tank 50% because the crypto market is super manipulated.

The policy that they say will benefit the nation will probably have a positive effect and impact on Bitcoin, this might just be the step Bitcoin needs to start to get a good pump.
