It just looks like more numbers of Mayors are willing to take their payment in Bitcoin.

Deep Blue Crypto expressed:  Bitcoin protocol has game theory built in, it’s catching fire among US city mayors lately. City mayors have been proactively attracting Bitcoin & crypto community for seeking talent, jobs, investments and other economic reasons.

City: Miami, Florida Name: Francis X. Suarez; Position: 43rd Mayor of Miami (since Nov. 2017) Political Party: Republican. The first Bitcoin mayor actively seeking the community, attracts tech talent, jobs and investments.

Miami Mayor Francis Suarez stated he plans to accept one paycheck in Bitcoin.

City: New York, New York Name: Eric Adams; Position: 110th Mayor of New York (Jan 2022) Political Party: Democratic Bitcoin & crypto pro mayor actively seeking the community. Wants to make NY the centre of crypto industry.

Eric Adams recently expressed that he is planning to “take his first three paychecks” in Bitcoin once he starts his new job as New York City’s mayor in January. Adams stated he would accept three paychecks in crypto.

City: Jackson, Tennessee Name: Scott Conger; Position: Mayor of Jackson (July 2019) Political Party: Unknown Bitcoin and crypto pro mayor actively seeking the community. Wants to enable property taxes & employees paid in Bitcoin.

Conger tweeted: “While state law prohibits the City of Jackson, TN, from paying me in Bitcoin, I’ll follow the lead of Francis Suarez and Eric Adams and instantly convert my next paycheck to Bitcoin.”

The mayors statement is reflective of how anyone can get paid in Bitcoin.

City: Cool Valley, Missouri Name: Jayson Stewart.  Position: Mayor of Cool Valley (June 2020) Political Party: Unknown Bitcoin and crypto pro mayor actively seeking to distribute $1000 in Bitcoin to all 1500 residents. Donates 100% salary to the city.

City: Tampa, Florida Name: Jane Castor; Position: 59th Mayor of Tampa (May 2019) Political Party: Democratic Bitcoin and crypto pro mayor joining the ranks of a fellow mayor Francis X. Suarez of Miami.

Champa Bay is a leader in everything from sports to tech — why not Bitcoin? Tampa is ready to be the next big hotspot for cryptocurrency.

Community Response:  I don’t believe that there is anyone that would object to how you convert your paycheck once the check is written and distributed to you or anyone else. “Risk comes from not knowing what you’re doing.

You clearly know nothing about bitcoin if you’re getting paid in it and not come other crypto.

And what have you done aside take a paycheck in Bitcoin to make it the next hub? Honestly curious because read about Miami, NYC and Texas taking action steps all the time but never anything about Tampa. Bring some actual crypto jobs here.
