Michael Saylor trying to establish Bitcoin, stated: Yes, there are two paths you can go by, but in the long run, there’s still time to change the road you’re on.
Bitcoin will remain the free land only so long as it is the home of the brave.
The pandemic accelerated the adoption of Bitcoin as a replacement for Gold as a store of value. Parents are beginning to give their children bitcoin instead of gold as a wedding gift in India. Don’t bet against rational behavior over a long timeframe.
Community Response: I have invested 7800$ in bitcoin and other altcoins, including dogecoin, in 2020 Dec. I am from India. Here Indians are crazy about Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.
And it’s just starting. Imagine the amount of gold in India being replaced by BTC. Massive BTC. The laser eyes are ruining our bull market. Mix them, please.
This is not true in India. Which parents in India are gifting BTC? I want to know. My parents neither give me Bitcoin nor Gold. They hardly gave me pocket money. So please stop this.
Bitcoin as a wedding gift is still not a reality, but it’s just around the corner. Things are getting streamlined, and people are getting educated as far as blockchain and crypto are concerned.
In 2017, 99% of the people I spoke to about Bitcoin believed it was a scam. Now in 2021, 80% (I’m talking people all the way from 12 to 75 years old) believe that sometime in the future, we will all use Bitcoin, but they don’t understand why or aren’t motivated to learn. Yet.
A perfect example of Bitcoin is the new Gold. It’s just not only India, but the whole world should involve in crypto. I always wonder what do you get in Gold? It’s just a type of metal. Buy BTC instead. You won’t touch the gold again.
I don’t see any adoption here. I support BTC, but people here will never give up on Gold. It’s not an investment or store of value for us. Gold symbolizes good health, prosperity, and femininity here.
This is called media deception. Last year on Dhan-Teras (a Hindu festival couple of days before Diwali when Indians buy gold and silver as a tradition), I convinced my dad to buy Bitcoin because I believe it’s the gold of the digital era.
Don’t believe this! That’s the opposite of the hundreds of ‘bans’ we’ve had in the past year in India regarding BTC.
