Canadian Truckers a new reason for Bitcoin (BTC) Adoption

Canadian Truckers are protesting.  Therefore, Ottawa is continuing to be in a state of emergency.  The protest by the truckers is because Covid-19 restrictions are continuing to paralyze the centre of the Canadian Capital.

Several hundred truckers have been in the streets for more than 12 days now.  Reportedly, the Ambassador Bridge which connects Windsor, Ontario, with Detroit was blockaded by trucks in both directions late.  It is a crucial commercial link between the US and Canada and truckers protesting creates a supply chain issue.  The Biden administration will no longer be able to ignore the issue.

Obviously, truckers are left without regular income and looks like Bitcoiners are supporting the truckers.

Bitcoin magazine shared: “Bitcoiners have now donated 10.26 bitcoin worth over 449,000 dollars to Canadian truckers.”

Don’t get scammed. There were good reasons why GoFundMe shut this down. These protestors are not truckers, and the funds are not going to the protestors in any case. It is a massive gift.

I remember seeing a person who wanted to donate to the truck driver, and she didn’t know how to do it.

I think the Canadian truckers received more than 4 million usdt overall.
