Peter Schiff Called Saylor a Chicken for Asking to Save in Bitcoin (BTC)

Eric Lombrozo expressed:  In any major fight, there are the few who get in early and take on a major personal risk; and there are the many who just ride the coattails of the winner once it has been derisked.

Michael Saylor expressed: “Save when you can, and not when you have to.” – Bitcoin

Peter Schiff:  I’m listening in. What a bunch of nonsense. Care to debate? Invite me to join in as a speaker. I triple dog dare you!

Peter McCormack:  Please no, the adults are talking.

Peter Schiff:  There are no adults in crypto. You guys are all children.

Peter McCormack:  Bitcoin not crypto lad.

Peter Schiff:  They are all the same. Nothing by any other name is still nothing.

Peter McCormack:  This is why you won’t be invited up because you haven’t done the basic work. Your arguments were wrong in 2017, they are embarrassing now.

Peter Schiff: Saylor is Chicken.

Community Response:    My man, you’re gambling a whole lot of credibility with your anti-bitcoin takes. Still time to reel it back in and keep teaching people what’s broken with the fiat. BTC is the parallel permissionless economic system we need and you’re very aware as to why we’re going to need it.

You just repeat the same arguments; that gold makes a sound and that a government needs to hold it. You are arguing for a money controlled by people. Clearly, given the state of the world, people cannot be trusted anymore with such a power. Bitcoin is controlled by no people.

Bitcoin is the best savings account ever discovered.

Can I understand it as:  Now live according to what you want, otherwise you will have to think according to what you live in the future?

Only with honest work is it difficult to become rich. But this is now possible with bitcoin, buying and storing step by step towards wealth and personal freedom.

Investing in cryptocurrency should now be on every list of wise people, in a few months you will be delighted with the decision you made today.

I have taken a four-year dive down the rabbit hole, and love what I see here. But can anyone recommend a person/some literature on why crypto would not be as successful as most of us think from someone who actually has been down the same path and didn’t like what they saw?

Simple Truth:  A greater portion of people in the world live paycheck to paycheck. If any pay at all. There is nothing to “save” for them. Bitcoin does not solve this. Bitcoin doesn’t even have enough capacity for them.

Life is about living, not waiting to live. All the saving in the world won’t buy you a second of time.
