It is looking like that is going to happen in August.  The result of this release is expected to cause lot of price turbulence, probably related to speculation of that release.

Gox shut down after it became apparent that all the Bitcoin on the exchange had been stolen by hackers. Little while later Mt. Gox team magically found a hard drive with 200,000 Bitcoin; however, in this situation not all was lost. For very long time now, people have been waiting to get something back. Everyone have been having claims on the 200,000 Bitcoin. And, it seems that the time may have finally come to get that Bitcoin back to the people who are putting their hands out claiming it.

A dozen times before it looked like things were about to happen and people were about to get some back and it did not happen. This time things are different as the trustee for the Mt. Gox Bitcoin released a statement just a few days ago, saying that at the end of August repayments will begin. They have never said that before ever.
