One of the Litecoin Enthusiast stated, Unfortunately, I don’t see LTC improving again anytime soon, but I’ll keep holding.
However, someone responded stating MimbleWimble is coming. Is Litecoin a leader in development in the space? I don’t think so, but, the coin is so entrenched in the crypto lexicon, it will be around for as long as BTC is.
There were many others who are wondering if Litecoin has a future at all – those who are positive replied stating More Future for LTC than any coin associated with your name.
When someone tried to reopen the conversation on why Charlie Lee sold his LTC 100% about 3 years ago – someone replied stating, there are a gazillion interviews on this already. A simple YouTube search will find you the answer. Time to move on.
Sydney Ifergan, the crypto expert tweeted: “Whether Litecoin (LTC) is going to be valuable or just a sham will be known in just a few days. Mimblewimble coming.”
Bill Barhydt tweeted: “Tomorrow I’ll be joined by @SatoshiLite (Charlie Lee) on Money Talks to talk about the future of Bitcoin & Litecoin. We’ll talk about Litecoin’s Mimblewimble upgrade and what that means for user privacy and the future of payments. Any other questions for Charlie?”
Commenters wished some questions be asked. Any potential collaboration with Charles Hoskins and Cardano?
Some of them wished that Charlie Lee should be asked about the planned CTV (covenants) upgrade, maybe how that can complement LN and MWEB. Further stated that they are curious on how MWEB can work over LN, will there need to be a separate network for each chain, or can it work together using these new smart contracts?
Someone wanted to know if the Litecoin lightning network is a joke or will it be a thing for the masses one day? Is it still a valid narrative?
Many love to hear about his updated thoughts on LTC being the “highway with less traffic” in relation to BTC and how he sees that moving forward with BTC’s LN. Also, what his vision for MWEB entails.
A curious investor wished Charlie Lee should be asked on a recommendation about the timing of buyback of all the LTC that he sold so far.
Curiosity is also building up on which wallets will support MWEB first. And, on how difficult it will it be for Abra to implement?
