Several innovative ideas have been expressed under the title “Coding for Change” with EOS.IO Hackathon to improve healthcare, supply chains, education and lot more. Participants are using the EOS.IO to improve on the societal infrastructure. Of note, 900 participants from more than 92 countries came together to code for change.
Participants come from different backgrounds with different skill types. EOSIO are inviting everyone with everyone with different skill levels to start with their tech journey to learn more about blockchain and to test their skills. Also, wide ranges of EOSIO tools and resource updates are made available for developers periodically.

Several submissions were made for the EOSIO Challenge like applying blockchain technology to address problems and expected societal changes, which are related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Several submissions were made some of the notable ones include but are not limited to a customizable, economic and ecological mask; building transparency in to the medical supply chain; Covid-19 passport; proof of immunity against Covid-19; micro university connecting businesses, teachers and students and a lot more.
Sydney Ifergan, the crypto expert tweeted: “EOSIO are inspiring their community to come up with innovative solutions to deal with Challenging situations and it is interesting to see real-time implementation of the solutions from EOSIO Challenge.”
Further, a second EOSIO smart contract webinar is set to be organized by Rakesh. And, users will be able to build a smart contract. The past webinar was titled, “Build Your First Smart Contract on EOSIO.”
EOSIO are continuing to establish themselves as the first of its kind performant blockchain platform for businesses from across the world.
