The World Poker Tour.com reports Season XVIII of the World Poker Tour will premiere on Sunday, April 18 on Bally Sports Networks nationwide. Reportedly, every time during the episode, there will be in-show advertisements and promotional segments, which will direct the viewers to the NFT marketplace in a way encouraging them to queue up to purchase exclusive WPT packs for a limited time by participating in the live auction for a unique legendary poker moment.

For launch, establishing the scope of NFTs, WPT will be paying tribute to legendary poker icon Mike Sexton, who passed away in September 2020.
Of note, Mike was the face of WPT as a lead anchor and commentator along with Vince Van Patten with “Mike Sexton: The Legend Hand” as a 3 of 3 NFT to be auctioned.
