ZCash foundation are doing several neat stuff. They have been in to a lot of major work happening to keep the privacy protecting digital currency strong.
Josh Swihart, Head of Growth @electriccoinco, creators of Zcash tweeted: “Crypto is wonderfully resilient because it both conforms to, and is indifferent to personal ideology.”
One of the community member expressed excitement over a past work on how they were able to accomplish a lot of work on Zebra, which is the Zcash Foundation’s Zcash Node.
A lot has been said in this regard by \u221e @hdevalence, but what we thought is significant to explain the essence of the excitement in a few words we picked up, “Bitcoin (and Zcash) nodes determine what blocks to download roughly as follows: the node picks out some hashes along its current chain, starting with its current chain tip, and asks peers whether they know further hashes or chain forks.”
u221e further stated, because we have generic middleware, this isn’t limited just to signature verifications, but can be applied to all the other batchable work we have to do (most importantly, zk-snark proofs).
Sydney Ifergan, the crypto expert tweeted: “Zcash are forever doing tons of major work, and there is no denying about it. They are getting several critical building blocks ready already.”
Many people have already picked up the idea of choosing an amount of money they can afford to lose every month and think it is gone for good to further use it to buy coins. The world of cryptocurrency is slowly expanding. From daily purchases to speculation several investors are enjoying their progress.
Zcash Electronic Coin Company
Meanwhile, the Electric Coin Company is all excited about the candidacy for the Zcash Community Advisory Panel.
Zooko tweeted: “Folks: YOU are a candidate to join the Zcash Community Advisory Panel! If you love the mission of Zcash to empower everyone with economic freedom then read this. (Note, @ElectricCoinCo, and me personally, have literally zero control over any of this. I’m just the messenger.)”
The excitement was about how The Zcash Community Advisory Panel is open to new members! The ZCAP is about to elect the new five-person committee that is going to be the largest controller of funds in the Zcash ecosystem for the foreseeable future.
Zooko also opined that there are way too many high-quality candidates for the Zcash Major Grants Review Committee and that the election will be held next month. MGRC will only have 5 seats, and we have 16 candidates.
