AAVE is a part of Demystifying DeFi. GoodFi, is a not-for-profit organization with the mission of getting 100m people to put at least $1 into DeFi by 2025. They have announced a New Advisory Board, and have launched an educational Website.
Isa Kivlighan – Digital Marketing Manager, Aave is one of the 22 luminaries of the non-profit collective from the DeFi industry joining them as advisor to help boost awareness and adoption of decentralized finance. This group will meet monthly to “tackle the combined challenges facing the adoption of decentralized finance.”
Those who are not used to DeFi will find it very scary to deal with DeFi Apps. Crypto-non-natives will be able to use the introductory educational resources live on GoodFi’s website, which is open for anyone to read and learn from and get used to Defi.
They are doing this because they know that if we want to build a brand new financial system, we need to take responsibility and educate users to provide them with equal opportunity.
Education will be a key pillar of making DeFi adoption a reality. This is why the selfless efforts of projects like GoodFi are so important.
There is a DeFi “matchmaker” feature which will help interested DeFi users to be able to get an unbiased overview of current DeFi projects and their related risks by providing real-time yield data for the range of platforms and protocols that are listed, therefore helping newcomers to DeFi navigate an increasingly complex world of DeFi opportunities.
GoodFi Stated: “The key is not disruption but enlarging the pie, and GoodFi is doing just that with its goal of bringing 100M people into DeFi by 2025.”
Therefore, creating a world where individuals are in complete control of their money and data rather than large monopolies and governments.
The traditional financial institution is a product of the industrial era and the creation of corporations. In the 21st century, the internet needs new paradigms. Blockchains, DAOs and DeFi are the solution. And, GoodFi is a good attempt.
Aave retweeted the FS Blockchain Center Tweet: Those who want to learn about the basics of decentralized finance and on how it is different from the current financial services and what the future brings might want to join 27.05 the panel discussion “DeFi 2.0: The New Generation of Institutionalized Decentralized Finance.” At the Frankfurt School Blockchain Center on Thursday May 27, 2021.
