HODL always wins.  Not your key, not your coin. You should sell when you start feeling rich.  Do your research. Do it well. Patience.  When you buy the dip, keep spare money for when it dips further the next day, then again repeat.

Not your keys, not your crypto, does not matter how much you believe that the Platform, exchange, founder, etc., have good intentions. Giving someone full control over your funds is the exact opposite of why crypto was invented.

Lose your keys, not your crypto either. You can’t have both mass adoption and maxi ideology at the same time.

It is not maxi ideology; it’s common sense supported by many examples of people getting rekt (hacks, theft, etc.) It’s great you believe it will be fine, but history provides evidence that the chance it will go bad is high. So it’s your hopes vs. reality and facts as it happened. Don’t get me wrong, I respect Alex and his work, but that does not change the fact that hacks, theft, metal breakdowns, etc. happen, and if you turn a blind eye and decide to ignore the safety of your funds just cause you like the project/founder that’s sheer stupidity IMHO.

However, the fact is, we are conveniently diminishing the reality that most people can’t handle their keys safely.
