On March 08, 2021, Ripple Impact is all set to host a special woman in the blockchain panel on the International Women’s Day.

Ripple Impact are set to bring together some of the world’s most influential women leaders and academics in the blockchain industry.

Jim Chauncey-Kelly, Senior Director of Global Recruiting at Ripple, will moderate the panel as they discuss their career paths and leadership roles that empower and enable other women in blockchain.

The Key Topics are about:  Career Pathways for women in the blockchain industry, available mentorship activities which will raise awareness of this new technology, and on how universities are making use of the UBRI grants to build a more diverse and inclusive Fintech workforce.
