Alex Mashinsky expressed:  To all Celsius Network clients, partners and ambassadors, with regards to recent actions by the states of TX, NJ and AL We are disappointed these actions have been filed and wholeheartedly disagree with the allegations being made that Celsius has not complied with the law.

We always have, and will continue to, work with regulators in the US and globally to operate in full compliance with the law. Given our commitment to regulatory adherence, we look forward to addressing this matter quickly.

As of now, no changes in our services to any of our clients. We will keep our community updated with any development.

Community response:  Alex you are the man!! Staying cool with these states doing this before we have true guidelines from the fed please keep the fight up we got your back.

If it’s not clear though, your funds are safe regardless this new FUD’s. Regulation are not there to steal your money, whatever will be the case with those states against Celsius.

This day was inevitable and Alex would have known that for years. This type of strong arming only happens when their mates in traditional finance feel threatened. Game on.

You’ve been operating for years, and gained so much trust in the community. What happens next to Celsius? Will it be okay outside of these states?

These issues never end across the entire space and via many states/countries/govt. It shouldn’t induce immediate FUD, but I can understand why you feel that way. If you rewind and look at how BTC has been treated over the years, you’ll note how no matter what, the PTBe won’t stop.

PTBe? Pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB) is an infectious disease that involves the lungs and can be lethal in many cases. Tuberculosis (TB) in children represents 5 to 20% of the total TB cases.

Move your base out of US buddy. It ain’t too crypto friendly. No! We need companies like Celsius to help regulators understand the industry. If you were to pick one company to help regulators figure out what the heck is going on, who would you pick?
