Twitter Handle Stefan W. Huber:  I discovered that Judge Netburn has posted a settlement information sheet on settlements for her own cases!

XRP Key points: 1. All hearings are strictly confidential. Any communication is not to be shared with the outside world.  2.  Negotiations have no bearing on the ongoing case. Deadlines must still be strictly adhered to. 3. Judge Netburn acts as a mediator trying to bring the parties closer together, this is pretty much in line with the impression I have gotten from her rulings so far. 4.  A confidential letter must be sent to the court one week before a settlement is to be confirmed by the court. 5. At the settlement conference all parties involved must be present in person.

New SEC chief Gary Gensler begs to differ: In his eyes, they did far, far too much. These latest decisions to undo all of their not-so-good work over the last four years understandably didn’t sit well with the SEC’s remaining Republican commissioners.

For clarity, Gary Gensler is an American former investment banker, and former government official who is now the chairman of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Gensler previously led the Biden–Harris transition’s Federal Reserve, Banking and Securities Regulators agency review team

And Rosie Rios say that Gary Gensler is going to do an outstanding job in the future.  This just establishes that there is something else going on in parallel in the background which we all might be surprised by.

Stefan W. Huber:  Gensler clearly does obviously not like the work of his predecessor and is undoing much of it.  Somehow, I can’t imagine him applauding his predecessor’s work in the case of Ripple, of all things: “It seemed at times, that the SEC under Jay Clayton didn’t do very much at all.

All I read is “The SEC must,” “The SEC acknowledges,” “The SEC promised.” All I see is the SEC is in the dock.

People asking what my price expectation is for XRP EOY. I am not an expert at all. But for me personally:

Litigation continues:  (old ATH XRP) × (new ATH BTC / old ATH BTC) = $3.2 x 3+

Litigation over:  (old ATH XRP) × (new ATH BTC / old ATH BTC) x Fomo² = $3.2 x 3+ x
