Meridian 2021 is organized for this purpose. Meridian 2021 will serve as a forum for experts in finance, policy, and technology from within and beyond the Stellar community to discuss exciting developments on the network and in the broader industry.
This event is virtual and free for everyone. The event will see speakers from around the world, including policymakers, fintech leaders, ecosystem partners, and developers.
Content in Featured sessions will span keynotes, panels, fireside chats, debates, and more. All of them exploring timely topics in blockchain and fintech.
There will also be a recap on how the Stellar Network grew in 2021. A lot of building and experimentation has been happening this year. There will be a lot of Demos on demand which will showcase select innovative products which will be built on Stellar. Those who are looking to have their demo considered can get their product in front of potential users. Selected demos will be eligible to receive an XLM reward to thank you for your contribution.
Tech Talks on-demand will highlight recent technical updates to support the ecosystem. Users will be able to leverage the advancements for their project or business, ask presenters questions and engage in the chat.
There will also be Debates where experts will go head to head on some of the most important and sometimes contentious issues facing our ecosystem and wider blockchain industry today.
There will also be debates around public and private digital currencies.
The Crystal Ball Prediction for 2022 is expected to be an interesting debate in the Meridian.
Meridian Services educate businesses and individuals about financial technology, financial inclusion, current events, payments technology, blockchain, cryptocurrency, and the Stellar network to offer a forum for participants to connect and network with relevant and like-minded individuals.
