A Litecoin investor pointed to the Psychology of a market cycle, which lists feelings appearing as the market fluctuates from the peak point of maximum financial risk through the point of maximum financial opportunity through recovery and prosperity in phases of contraction and expansion of the price trends through time.
The feelings that arise according to the Wall Street Cheat Sheet are: Disbelief – This rally will fail like others; Hope – A recovery is possible; Optimism – The rally is real; Belief – Time to get fully invested; Thrill – I will buy more on margin; Gotta tell everybody to buy; Euphoria – I am a genius we’re all going to be rich; Complacency – We just need to cool off for the next rally; Anxiety – Why am I getting margin calls? This dip is taking longer than expected. Denial – My investments are with great companies. They will come back. Panic – Shit. Everyone is selling. I need to get out. Capitulation – I’m getting 100% out of the markets. I can’t afford to lose more. Anger – Who shorted the market? Why did the government allow this to happen? Depression – My retirement money is lost. How can we pay for all this new stuff? I am an idiot?
Coin Shares Co, a European digital asset manager, has launched ‘CoinShares Physical Litecoin,’ which is a new Litecoin ETP that is a physically-backed cryptocurrency exchange-traded product that is now open to EU investors.
For clarity, an exchange-traded product (ETP) refers to a financial product that is publicly traded like a bond in the stock market. ETPs offer a cost-effective and safe way to diversify an investment portfolio by acquiring exposure to an index or asset class.
ETF combines features and potential benefits that are similar to stocks, mutual funds, or bonds. Just like individual stocks, ETF shares are traded throughout the day at prices, which change depending on supply and demand.
Exchange-traded funds do have risks, just like stocks. As they tend to be seen as safer investments, some might offer better than average gains, while others might not. It mostly depends on the sector or industry which the fund tracks and on which stocks are in the fund.
For those who are new, there is a beginner’s guide about how LTC works. Litecoin community opines that it lacks a marketing team behind, but just wait when PoS pre-mined coins collapse with the huge budget PoS has (investors, founders, passive earnings staking, marketing, development, YouTubers, fancy pages, congress, events, and also mining) all above are selling pressure.
Optimists are like; it just looks like Litecoin is ready to make a mega run. Extremely bullish.
