Ye Ji Kim is the Senior Manager of PR, Communications, and Marketing at the #Cardano Foundation. She plays an essential role in promoting the Cardano Foundation and the Cardano Project as well as finding new opportunities in Asia Pacific Area. She stated, “I am currently based in South Korea, and I would love to meet global communities and hear your thoughts and opinions.”
Amanda Rasch, Office Manager, and Coordinator at Cardano are based in Zurich, Switzerland. She introduces herself, stating, “I am a person with many hats. My priorities lie with events coordination, administration in various areas, and council matters. I grew up in Switzerland and spent quite a bit of my adult time in South Africa. Being both Swiss and South African, I recently moved back to Switzerland with my small family and considered myself extremely lucky living in such a beautiful and safe country. I do miss South Africa, though. I love working for the Cardano Foundation because the team is highly motivated, and we are all working towards the same goal. Everyone has the choice of their own opinion, and we live in an open and welcoming culture.
There are so many different nationalities representing our foundation, which makes interacting and working together very exciting.

Juliette Adelfang, HR and Finance Manager, is a veteran of the Foundation team. Wearing double hats of Human Resources and Finance Manager, Juliette was born in Germany, grew up in South Africa. She now lives in Switzerland. She talks about delicious cheese in Switzerland. She states her priorities are the Cardano In house team and that she wants to empower them to a greater extent, thereby improving on their collective skills. Help each team member reach their highest potential. She is also set to help maintain books and billing for the Cardano Foundation.
