Is there a place we can see how many people we have referred and a ranking system? Click blue C in the app and then Community. Scroll to bottom and you will see how many you have referred.
Why is there no email for support? I sent 2 emails about my ADA promo getting cancelled but no response. Glad I saw this tweet and in not alone. Sounds like they’re working on it. Celsius Network seems to be pretty solid and I’m sure they’ll make it right.
Could you tells us something about what is happening to Coinbase? They will be sued because of their lending/interest program. How is Celsius going to prevent such a thing considering that Celsius does lending and gives interest? Coinbase getting sued does not mean they will lose.
Unpopular opinion: this official statement is way too late. Kudos to the Telegram and Reddit mods for handling the hundreds of daily questions/posts and explaining the issues on your behalf.
Guys I understand your passion but remember that the Celsius team is registering a record number of new users. Give them time and just open some tickets with politeness and a very focused speech. Hugs for everyone.
Awesome! Does this also include Referral Awards that are missing since Sept 3rd? None have been recorded in any users’ account since 5 days ago so will those be honored and added to our accounts?
How about AMA question bonuses? I’m still waiting on two bonuses $200 could be a lot of money promised and missed. I assume this process isn’t automated yet.
Start by replying to tickets that are not even read after 4 days. I’m still waiting for my support case reply about stable promo code. Yes I have 2 still unlocked from 2 months ago.
I personally have zero doubt in the Celsius team and the great Alex Mashinsky. You got me. I got you. Patiently waiting.
