Cardano Mainnet has several smart contracts deployed and most of them are focused on DeFi.
Dan Gambardello, founder of Crypto Capital Venture opines that Cardano Mainnet is good for Sundae Swap.
Sundae Swap, is a decentralized trading protocol on Cardano. SundaeSwap is a native, scalable decentralized exchange and automated liquidity provision protocol.
Dan Gambardello expressed, “If you don’t like the process SundaeSwap must go through to deploy & scale on Cardano mainnet, you are free to go use Uniswap on ETH. However, your lack of patience will currently cost you $50 – $100 per swap.”
SundaeSwap is backed by cFund, which is “an early-stage sector agnostic venture firm in the Blockchain industry anchored by IOHK and managed by Wave Financial”); Alameda Research (the quantitative cryptocurrency trading firm and liquidity provider founded by FTX CEO Sam Bankman – Fried; and Double Peak Group (“a family office focused on investments in the digital asset and blockchain space”).
Sundae Swap is built on Cardano as it is faster and cheaper than the alternative smart contract platforms. Cardano also regularly collaborates with high-profile academic institutions and therefore it is considered to be more advanced and a better option for future projects to be built upon.
Recently, on January 7, 2022, SundaeSwap Labs told their fans to “expect a very exciting announcement in the next few days”, which has to be related to the upcoming main net launch (likely to occur later this month).
The SundaeSwap team have thus set expectations of the Cardano community ahead of the launch of the Cardano-powered DEX on the mainnet.
Community Response: How come you have never mentioned one word about the first Cardano project to be audited and already have a CEX and a launch date for their CEX. adax_pro will be a leader in the Cardano ecosystem.
Could you please advise how many VCs were invested in Sundaeswap? Also, were you a private investor/VC in Sundaeswap? Besides, Sundaeswap is not the only alternative to Sundaeswap. People can choose something else. E.g. Muesliswap is fully functional at the moment and can be used.
Adax.cex is a functioning cex right now and launchpad for upcoming Cardano projects. Adax has so much to offer but he won’t mention them.
ADAX will have a DEX too and it is close to launching too. There are others such as DOEX which is in development at the moment. I hope Dan will show some impartiality and start covering other projects that he is not an investor in.
