Extracts from what Anthony Pompliano called his favorite interview from the entire year for 2021.

At the Lily’s Show, Anthony Pompliano was called the Bitcoin Messiah. When asked what does Bitcoin mean to you? That is a great question. I think Bitcoin Ultimately just means freedom. It says that nobody can tell you what you have to do. They don’t tell you when to do it and who you have to do with. You are just free. You can do whatever you want.  You want to eat ice-cream, you want to go to sleep or you don’t want to go to sleep, whatever you want, whenever you want, that is what Bitcoin does.

Could you explain – not your keys – not your coins? Yea, it is pretty simple. It is basically like if you want to eat a snack, if you don’t have the snack, you can’t eat it. It is not yours. Well, the same thing with your money now. Ultimately, not your keys, not your coins means that you just have to have possession and then nobody can tell you what to do with it.  It is yours.

What is a sh*t coin? That is the best question that anyone has asked me all year.  I don’t know how your parents let you asked that question. But that is a good one. Basically, that is a term that refers to things other than Bitcoin. Some people don’t like them, some people like them. But it is basically just referencing to anything that is not bitcoin.

How do you think if Bitcoin community can improve? Yea, that is a very good question. I think that myself and other people in the Bitcoin community, really understand Bitcoin and have a good sense of how it fits in to the larger world.  You still got to be nice to people. So, everyonce in a while when somebody who doesn’t like Bitcoin starts staking, may be what we can do is we can just smile at them and say – ok, thanks for your opinion – but I am gonna keep doing what I’m gonna do.

And, the nicer that you can be to people, usually, eventually they start to see the world your way.

This has been one of my favorite interviews I have ever done.

Otherwise, some tweets from Pomp:  Every investor, regardless of wealth, should be allowed to invest in any asset they want.

Community Response:  This is the best. Job done.

Cool. So how would you make sure that investors at the lower end of the spectrum be given the same access to investment opportunities (and information about those investment opportunities) that investors at the higher end of the spectrum have?

Use math to determine good investments. At no point should news, media or anything else be used. Math only.

Yes, everyone has their own life and ideas! Each of us should have our own choice. You can discuss and learn from each other, but don’t quarrel.
