Charles Hoskinson on Cardano (ADA) Burning With Hacks States You – Will – Lose- Your – Money

Cardano ada blockchain

In response to a series of twitter accounts getting hacked, Cardano groups are getting filled with warnings about who they are not. The community members are encouraged to report scams.  The Cardano keeps warning the community that they do not give away ADA; officials, ambassadors, and moderators will never contact the users first; users will never be asked to send any fund or ask for the private key; they never promise big returns. If any of these happen it is definitely a scam.

Cardano Foundation tweeted:  “Please not a series of crypto twitter accounts have been hacked. There is currently no ada giveaway. Please inform of us any scams you find.”

Those who have concerns are to report to the Telegram page on Cardano Report To Admin.  The group has been exclusively created for those who have issues with other the Cardano our rulings, users, admins, moderators or something else that isn’t working for them.  Obviously, this also concerns reporting scams in the Telegram channel as scams are not something that is desirable.

Sydney Ifergan, the crypto expert tweeted:  “Scams are not new to the blockchain space, if Cardano (ADA) members stop believing the unusual behavior or anything that is too good to be true, they will not fall prey to the giveaway scams doing the massive rounds.”

Together with more awareness the Cardano community will be able to deal with this mass attempt of major scams.

Charles Hoskison in his video stated that if anybody is asking you to deposit ADA that they have control over it.  And, that you cannot get it back unless they give it back to you. He stated how he has received 6 e-mails from various people asking for help in recovering ADA that they sent in response to a scam. Charles clarified that Cardano will not be able to help those who are not careful with scam.

Charles clarified that they are just another cryptocurrency like Bitcoin, Ether and so forth.  The minute you send it to an address you no longer have control and no one can reverse that transaction. So, when someone is going to impersonate us stating that we are going to give you something, it is a lie, it is a scam – “you – will – lose- your – money.”

And, he clarified stating, “I will never ask you for your private key, ADA, or request you to send me ADA, test or something and all of these are scam.”

Charles Hoskinson in response to those who have been scammed stated, if you are a victim of one of the scams, report to your local law enforcement, and hopefully, they could do something, but more often than not, many of these scammers live abroad in countries where they don’t fear recourse for our Western Law Enforcement.
