Brad Garlinghouse seemed to be excited over “Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak sues YouTube over Twitter-like Bitcoin scam.” He seemed to welcome the move by stating, “Welcome to the resistance.”

However, the community was not as impressed and they did not seemed to believe that the law suits will do any good in eliminating scams.

One of them stated, I wouldn’t be laughing. You’ve got 3 open lawsuits for dumping $XRP. In reply yet someone else stated, every major business get’s hit with lawsuits dude, it’s a matter of if those lawsuits have any merit.  One of them even pointed to how many law suits Amazon has.

In his opinion about the scams and law suits, Sydney Ifergan, the crypto expert tweeted:  “About Ripple XRP law suits and others on YouTube, it can be like Wow for the blockchain space and the internet if something can be done about it.”

Seriously, it is good that there are many who still believe that the courts can catch hold of international scammers who have scammed people under different governments and jurisdictions.  And more over all about a digital currency which the entire community believes is not subject to regulation.  Pity decentralization when things like this happen.

Some of them felt it was humorous for Brad Garlinghouse to feel excited about someone suing a You Tube Scam.  Though hilarious, it is sad that we are left without an umbrella control system which can get hold of the scammers to ultimately teach them a lesson for their messy behavior with innocent investors.  The advertisements for free XRP, ETH, and BTC does not seem to end.

Ripple (XRP) Positive Thought

Among all pessimists who had no hope about law or merits of the case, one of them expressed that it is not nice to flame YouTube as an Empire.  He further expressed that Ripple is known for collaborating with authorities and high end business partners to come up with best solutions to problems through joint effort.  And, therefore stated that You Tube would not turn away power houses like Ripple and felt that it was necessary to work the problem.

Though not instant now, at a point in time the combined effect of way too may law suits will alert You Tube to develop some Corporate Social Responsibility against allowing users to promote scams. At the best too many law suits will alert the investors to take personal caution even if You Tube is dead slow and lot lightning fast to act on this.
