The DigiByte Blockchain Ecosystem consists of applications, exchanges, mining, and wallets.  More than 280,000 full nodes have been downloaded to date.  To avoid mining centralization, DigiByte makes use of five secure advanced cryptographic mining algorithms.  Odocrypt was added on July 21, 2019, and it changes itself every ten days. Malicious attacks are prevented, and digital adjustments are made using the DigiShield and MultiShield, which is the most advanced of its kind.

The block timing is at 15 seconds.  Digibyte is forward-thinking in terms of cybersecurity, IoT devices, and artificial intelligence.

Tate opines that Satoshi used the universal laws of mathematics to create a trustless network without third parties.  He also reflected on how Satoshi never called himself the Bitcoin CEO and about how he did not appoint a board of directors. He further tweeted about how Satoshi did not “set aside a % of all $BTC for “marketing” & “listing fees.”

Protocol security is what makes DigiByte Valuable, according to Jared Tate.  

Digi-ID is an app from DigiByte.  Anyone who chooses to use Digi-ID can log in securely without usernames or passwords.  There is an app that will generate a long unique password for each website that does not have an integrated Digi-ID, and the user can log in by scanning a QR Code.  There is a video on how to use the Digi-ID app. 

DGBAT, DGBWiki, and a range of hardware and software wallets are those that users will not want to do away with.  The third-party software wallets like Coinomi Wallet, Exodus Wallet, Jaxx Liberty, OwnBit Wallet, Abra, Edge Wallet, Atomic Wallet, Guarda Wallet, Trust Wallet, and Magnum Wallet are available to investors.

Third-party hardware wallets are Ledger Wallet, Trezor Wallet, KeepKey, SecuX, and SafePal.  Investors can choose from the wallets.  “A wallet is where your DigiBytes (digital assets) can be securely stored, sent, and received.”  There are official Digibyte hardware and software wallets to choose from.
