Cardano (ADA) Community are eagerly waiting for updates on Cardano ERC-20 Converter, Smart Contracts, P2P, and more, which is set to be shared on Thursday, May 27, 2021.
Yet another thing that is becoming a thing of excitement in the Cardano Community is the Plutus Pioneer Program.
Plutus Pioneer Program, is a recently launched program used to train developers to become certified Plutus pioneers. They are preparing in batches. Applications are welcome from developers who will be enrolled and trained in future batches.
The purpose of this program is to recruit and train developers in Plutus so that they can contribute better to the Cardano ecosystem. The training will be on the core principles of how to code in both Haskell and Plutus. The training process is expected to be interactive in nature. There will be videos, exercises, and question and answer sessions. Students will be able to communicate with key language experts and creators in the ecosystem. Also, there will be a dedicated channel for the community. This will help you interact with pioneers as you learn.
You need to have some programming experience with a general aptitude for logical and mathematical thinking. And, therefore, this course is not for fresh coding beginners. There is no need to be an expert, but a certain degree of orientation is a must.
The course demands 10 hours of time and effort per week. The rest of the details can be had on the website. Of note, 1,500 developers from around the world are already part of the Plutus Pioneer Program.
Bank Developers are starting to understand the benefits and mechanics of Staking and educating themselves on all things Cardano.
Those who are interested to know more about Cardano should understand ADA wallets, staking, staking pool, why it is relevant, how to set up a stake pool, the difference between Proof of Stake (PoS) Vs. Proof of Work (PoW) what is the difference, and what are the advantages of PoS.
It is essential to know that non-profits benefit from staking. Cardano Foundation recently announced a collaboration with Save the Children and COTInetwork. Thus, allowing NPO’s to receive and hold ADA donations without converting into fiat currencies first.
Of note, Fortune 500 companies are in the pipeline interested to work with Cardano. Cardano isn’t just open with code; they also share how they are building it. The community is, however, eager to find out more about smart contract projects coming out.
