Theta is a decentralized video delivery network on the blockchain.  Keeping teams safe during the pandemic required many of them working safe from home.  While engaging staff to work remotely, it is also important to ensure the productivity is high.  Theta network are doing their best to capitalize on their strength of owning a video delivery network during this opportunistic period.

The quarterly schedule for the Theta Network is out.  The mainnet launch 3.0 Elite Edge Nodes, TFUEL staking and burning is scheduled for the second quarter.  The community are happy that they are moving forward.  The community are looking forward to hyper growth as they are progressing to decentralize video and data delivery.  The developer team has been smart and hardworking hitting every deadline.

The Theta community projects are evolving to develop further.  To help this resources are likely to be made available.  In the process there are different projects that might get funded after ecosystem projects like the Theta Hackathon and otherwise.   Several Theta initiatives are on the way.

ThetaTV launched native non-fungible tokens (NFTs) for content creators to mint and share money with their fans.  Theta Network is gaming focused.  The coming of NFTs makes it possible to for 800 plus steamers on the platform to be able to create their own unique items, badges and emoticons which they can share with their viewers.

Of note, users who set up their own EdgeNode and begin watching video streams on the decentralized Theta Edge Network will be able to watch and earn TFuel.

This is a kind of engagement tactic made by the Theta Labs.  Those celebrities who are looking to improve on their fan engagement will find this as a unique way to engage to improve on their fan base.

Year 2021 is expected to provide for a major breakthrough for such collectibles in digital assets.  Video streamers will be able to increase their revenue by minting such collectibles when it becomes user favorites.

It is important to note that Theta’s video delivery network consisting of Google, Samsung, Binance, Blockchain Ventures and Gumi as external validators that process new blocks on the Theta blockchain.

Theta Expected to Get Listed in More Exchanges

Some of the community members are looking forward to see Theta listed in more of exchanges.  They are wondering as to why Theta is not listed in many exchanges.

Noteworthy, in 2020 Kardia Chain and Theta Network have joined hands to bring in the billion dollar esports livestreaming on the blockchain.  About 10 million eSports players are expected to be online in 2021.
